We were thiiiiiiis close bying a house last weekend, but we lost the deal as we couldn?t come to sign the papers right a way so the owners chose those who had the highest bid after us. So freaking frustrating! So now we are on the road again and looking for more houses. All that is out there (at Adolfsberg) are old houses that need renovating from ?top to bottom?. None of the houses we have seen has ticked all the boxes so we are finding us in a situation where we just need to settle and make the best of it until we hopefully find a better house in the future. We could buy a fantastic new house at Kumla, but according to my husband it is not a very safe area, but houses ARE gorgeous. Right now we are on our way back home to Stockholm. We might make an offer on one of the houses that we looked at today but that depends on how crazy the bidding will be. When we get home it?s time for me to pack as i am traveling to Estonia tomorrow! It has almost been 2 years since i was there last time. I get to travel without my kids (thanks R) and will be away for 4 days. But i won?t believe it until i actually get there because all the covid stuff can mess up my plans. Let?s see How it goes. Fingers crossed!
